Family Vision offers eye mapping which i think is important for anyone over 55. Dr Henson explained what lasik did to my eyes and answered my questions. She suggested a new contact that has enabled me to see better than i have in the last few years and they are actually comfortable. I feel very confident that my vision is in good, capable hands.

This is a friendly, competent, professional place. I called with an eye issue on a BUSY Friday morning and they were willing to work me in because I was uncomfortable. I appreciate the staff for "listening" to my issue when I called for an appointment and understanding I needed help before Monday. Dr. Ezzell is so competent and caring and fixed my eye, even though they were already booked up for the day. Thank you to the staff and De. Ezzell at Family Vision Associates!!!!

Very professional and no extra add ons. My prior eye doctor would have all these additional fees and add ons that I would have to pay for when just coming in for contact prescription. Great place I would definitely recommend.

The entire office staff is professional and helpful. The wait is not long at all, I always get called back and begin testing in a timely manner. I definitely recommend this office for all your eye exam needs.

I have been to multiple places for my eye exams in the past. Each time I had eye exams done I felt as if my exam was quick and my concerns about my vision were not heard and each time I had the wrong prescription. Last visit I had last year it was all virtual and I was warned that the optometrist conducting the exam sometimes was not in a good mood which was a bad experience for me. So this year I decided to use Family Vision Associates. I saw Karen Henson in person not virtual visit. Let's just say from the moment I walked in to the time I left from my appointment I didn't feel rushed and I can truly say Karen Henson truly listened to my concerns and told me she was going to help with my vision. The staff was Friendly and attentive. The office is clean and updated unlike other places I have been. The test prior to speaking with Mrs Henson were thorough. I was able to get my exam and pick glasses all in one place without hassle. Most definitely this will be my go to place from now on. I also received a letter prior to my appointment explaining what my cost would be for my exam if I didn't have insurance since they didn't have my insurance on file until today. I recommend this place.

I have been going to Family Vision since 1997 and I have absolutely no complaints, unless you count being too good at what they do! I don’t know how they do it but they always manage to hire the nicest people! And they’re honest with me if a pair of glasses I’ve picked out doesn’t look good on my face! I just love that!

Family Vision Associates has been my families optometrist for over 10 years. The staff are professional, friendly and the office is always clean and organized (I like that). Dr. Ezzel is a professional and I would recommend to anyone.
